Hi, I’m Jen—certified integrative health coach, mom of three, and founder of The Simply Living Way.
With a background in special education and a lifelong love of teaching, I’ve always been passionate about helping others grow. But, it wasn’t until I watched my mom face serious health struggles that I knew I wanted to take a different path.
Seeing her navigate chronic illness—after years of putting everyone else first—made something click for me. I realized how much of our health is shaped by the small choices we make every day… and how much I wanted to feel strong, energized, and in control of my own future. I also knew I wanted to help other women do the same.
So I became certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and created The Simply Living Way—a personalized, practical approach to wellness that helps women 35+ reset their metabolism, support their hormones, and rebuild habits that feel good and actually last.
I’m committed to a healthy, active lifestyle—but I also believe in making space for joy and flexibility. Because holistic living isn’t about perfection—it’s about balance, sustainability, and learning to care for yourself without restriction or guilt.
Today, I coach women who feel off, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves—helping them simplify wellness, reconnect with their bodies, and create a lifestyle that supports their energy, confidence, and long-term health.
This work is deeply personal to me—because I’ve lived it, learned from it, andnow I get to help others rewrite their story, too.
If it’s winter, you’ll find me in the mountains. If it’s summer, I’m on a beach with sandy feet. I truly love an active, outdoor lifestyle, but the best part of my life is my family. My deepest sense of joy is within small moments spent with my husband and three children. My personal mission extends beyond coaching—it’s about instilling simplicity in daily life, and teaching my children to appreciate all of life’s imperfect, real moments.
